Service Description
Informal and fun Studio yoga class, Stirling City Centre, designed to keep you rooted in the present. A more functional and body aware class working around more inclusive movement patterns. Guided by the teacher, feel free to participate as you wish, to try on the movement patterns to adapt, experiment, or even play. Can be as physically challenging as you want it to be! Your body, your practice. *In studio places are limited to keep everyone comfortable. If the session is full you have the option of the waitlist, should there be a cancellation. There are unlimited places online.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before class to receive a refund. The original WiX processing fee for your payment cannot be refunded, this is unavoidable. WiX payment processing fee is currently (NOV '20) 2.1% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP. Re-schedule 24 hours before class.
